How do I order at autogeurtjes.nl ?
Search for your desired items and add them to your shopping cart. Enter your personal details and check the details. Indicate how you want the package delivered and select a payment method. Once you have done this, you can pay and receive an email confirmation of your order.

Can I have my order delivered to someone else?
Yes, this is possible. During checkout, you can indicate that the delivery address differs from the billing address when entering the information.

How quickly will I receive my order?
We try to process your order as quickly as possible. A delivery time is stated for each item. If we are unable to do this, we will always let you know.

Can I change my order?
Changed mind? In that case, you can cancel your order and order the desired items by placing another order.

How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order by sending an email to returns@autogeurtjes.nl . Please include the order number in the email so that we know which order it concerns.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an email notification as soon as the status of your order changes. Once the order has arrived at the parcel deliverer, you can track the order via Track & Trace.
